How we communicate

We meet consistently

  • Agendas are stored in a single Google Drive

  • Roadmaps are updated and included in agenda

  • Weekly agenda bullets sent via email before meeting

  • Monthly leadership reviews

  • All performance numbers are stored in dashboards

  • Start of week and end-of-week recap emails

We communicate transparently

  • We use Slack for daily ad hoc questions

  • Your team member’s contact information will be listed for you
